Maybe it would be best to wait for the FACTS to come out. Apparently they are not strangers to CPS?
You have to remember that, according to the state, children are really the property of the state and parents are just the licensed caretakers of the state’s property.

This government is Fascist in everything but name only. To write laws which are purposely vague so that the administrators can interpret them any way they please is pure Hitlerism.

The article states: The Oath Keeper thing was why the newborn was separated from the parents. The boy was struck by a baby sitter, and the parents were cleared.
Yeah, child abuse. That’s believeable. Not only is every man a potential rapist and child molester, but the ones called Oath Keepers are exceptionally scary.
In this matriarchal country with our feminized (in)justice system, I’m dubious of claims men are abusers or molesters. It’s too easy to just make that claim and destroy a man’s life.
Actually, I think his problems with CPS have more to do with his history of domestic abuse and violence. Also, she’s not his wife.
according to an affidavit provided to Irish by the state Division for Children, Youth and Families, state officials took the child because of Irish’s long record of violence and abuse. According to the affidavit, a judge determined that Irish abused Taylor’s two other children. She is still married to the father of those children, though Taylor said yesterday that her husband has refused to accept her divorce petition for the past two years.
The affidavit also says that the police in Rochester report a “lengthy history of domestic violence” between Taylor and Irish, and that she accused him of choking and hitting her on more than one occasion. According to the document, Irish failed to complete a domestic violence course as ordered by the state, and that a hearing was held last month to terminate Taylor’s parental rights over her two older children.
Taylor “has failed to recognize the impact of domestic violence in her life and the potential danger it poses to a newborn baby,” the affidavit reads. “Mr. Irish has not acknowledged any responsibility to date and remains a significant safety risk to an infant in his care. . . . Without the intervention of the court, the infant will be at risk of harm.”

Again, I suggest everyone WAIT for the facts.
As has been stated and I agree; There are usually at least two sides to any story, and we don’t know all of them yet.
What I’m saying here is this bears looking into and following up on, if for no other reason than his association with Oath Keepers was even MENTIONED in connection with child endangerment issues, whatever those might or might not be.
Even if this does not turn out to be blatant persecution, it certainly rises to the level of Propagana; libel by association.
Yes, wait for the facts. Don’t just assume someone is guilty of child abuse because he was accused of it.
I have not dog in this story, other than to point out that feminism and government have destroyed our culture and society.
If true, there is no excusing or defending this guy. He should’nt be around children.
Being a member of Oath Keepers is not recognized as a defense to child abuse charges.
