Neil Patrick Harris, star of "How I Met Your Mother" and "Doogie, Howser, M.D." has become the proud father of twins with his partner David Burtka. Harris welcomed a baby boy and a baby girl on October 12, 2010.
Neil Patrick Harris used Twitter to send a message to his followers about how babies Gideon Scott and Harper Grace are doing at home. The message Harris sent on Friday, October 15, 2010:
"All of us are happy, healthy tired, and a little pukey."
No stranger to Twitter, a previous post from the star of television and Broadway sent a Tweet to followers while still awaiting the birth of his children. In the message, Neil Patrick Harris shared his feelings about becoming a father and pleaded for privacy:
"We're super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy,"
The babies were born to a surrogate mother, according to People magazine.

Watch House Hunters and any other program that has a higher percentage of homosexual/lesbian couples. See if you come away with the same impression that I’ve gotten, that they tend to share the same hairstyles/haircuts, glasses/no glasses, facial shape and general coloring, as well as similar clothing. It almost seems as though they either love themselves narcissistically or wish someone would love them (not necessarily sexually) and so use a look-a-like to show love to.
This is based on very limited observations.
Looking at this strictly from a biological standpoint, homosexuality in animals is not a good thing for the survival of the species.
There can be no offspring from a homosexual union.
The entire thing about sex is to introduce new and sometimes better genes into the pool. Random mutations can make a species stronger or weaker.
Eventually, homosexuality SHOULD die out if it’s genetic unless there is pairing and IF a gene is responsible it will be muted.
If it’s a choice, then they’ll keep passing on the behavior to the adopted children.
Either way, I hope the children of these two men have an opportunity to grow up with some sort of female role models and not in some Fudge Factory all the time.
Why do we do these things to ourselves?
I find it amusing that his character on How I Met Your Mother is such a womanizer, and the version of him in Harold and Kumar is as well. Oh well I guess that is what acting is.
That’s interesting. I last remember seeing him in “Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle”. Got the distinct impression he was anything but gay.

I cannot, and do not, condone this. Not that they’d ask my opinion, but if there’s ever a nationwide referendum, I’m saying a big NO. On the lighter side, I’m reminded of a Groucho quote. Does anyone know who the mother is?

I can not imagine a fate more sad, than two children deprived of a mother, because of the selfish desires of 2 men.
Total and complete selfishness. Putting their desires before the welfare of 2 helpless children.
Kids are not pets! They need mothers, as well as fathers. This is disgusting.
Who was the sperm donor?
How about the little girl? No Mommy to play dollies with; to fix her hair and nurture her when she falls and scrapes her knee. Men, gay or not, do not have the same feelings and emotions as women do. This little girl has no other females in the home on a daily basis. No role model.
Every child deserves a mother. Yes, sometimes tragedy strikes and mothers die before their children are grown. But, those kids, especially girls, always have a hole in their hearts. It is so utterly unfair to children to force them into a life with out an opposite sex parent. Be it through divorce, unmarried parenthood, or gay partnerships; children deserve better than they are getting these days!
These two homosexuals, topic of this thread, may never engage in it, but the young male body is known to be a magnet for homosexuals everywhere.
These two can play house all they want, pitcher, catcher, mommy, daddy, whatever, truth is, it is a very sick game.
