First the Beav’s mom, now Richie’s dad. Sigh.

He was my favorite fake dad. My parents were divorced, and in a way, he helped raise me.

RIP Tom.
(But I still want to know where he buried the body.)

Rest in peace, Mr. C.

People Magazine reports that he had a staph infection.

When I see Bosley, why is my mental image of Farrah?

I used to enjoy the Father Dowling Mysteries. The Nelson daughter was in it. R.I.P. That is 2.

Rest in Peace, Mr. Bosley. I have many wonderful memories of “Happy Days”. You, Sir, played a HUGE role. I am sorry to see you leave us, Sir.

For the first couple of years of the show it was the high-water mark of American Television. The American TV shows line-up would get no better following it, and would take a fast and deep slide into crap. There were some other individual shows that would pop up from time to time that were good like, Friends, Home Improvement, Sinfield, Cheers, but with the advent of multiple channels of cable and satellite, the magic of well written family TV shows was gone forever. Rest in Peace Mr. C
