Juan Williams brought this up on Friday. I was impressed with the way O'Reilly handled himself.

Any shorthand for those of us not in listening range?

Not being a fan of National Propaganda Radio (!) I had ever listened to this before but I had heard references to it.

IMO O’Reilly is entirely vindicated in his POV and even gets this gross person (pun on purpose) to confirm her non-objectivity. It surprises me that they still offer it for public viewing considering how bad it makes them look.

This is a must-hear for anyone following the NPR meltdown.

Ostensibly supposed to be an interview to push his latest (2003) book, the mod asks strawman questions about everything except his book.

O’Reilly takes it in good humor and makes the best of it, which irritates the mod. At one point he gets her to admit that her earlier interview with franken was a total puff-piece. He finally tells her off and terminates the hit piece.

Haven’t heard this clip yet but I heard Laura Ingraham play a couple clips years ago of two guests on Fresh Air: Bill O’Reilly, who was treated rudely (and fought back) and Al
Franken who was fawned over. No surprise. Laura calls the show Stale Air With Terry Gross-Me-Out.
