Thought you may be interested in my fast trip to Baghdad to see if all was ok or if the news was being cautious about its condition.
I am happy to report that all is OK in Baghdad and the news media is not reporting it's currant condition.
As I entered Baghdad I saw a bunch of people with German Shepherd dogs along the road. This explained the fine condition of the road. These bomb sniffing dogs keep the bombs at bay and the road was in excellent shape.
As I entered Baghdad I was amazed to see all the damage had been repaired and the city was in excellent shape. No damage was seen at all as we toured the streets.
The people were out and happy and I noticed they were all Americans.
I stopped and spoke to some of them. Asked them about the condition of the city and they replied that no news media had been there in some time. Guess they did not know that it was now a totally American City and no terrorists remained.
I asked where the nearest Army Post was, they replied that the Army had left since the city was now safe and would remain safe for the indefinite future.
I am happy to report that Baghdad is secure and a very safe American City.
Seeing this, we jumped back into our Dodge 1 ton Diesel with our Big Foot Camper and drove back to Prescott feeling very safe for the future. If Baghdad can claim it's liberation, Iam sure that Prescott will be able to do the same thing if it comes to this.
End of Report.
Semper happy
