Also suggested is that posters do a search (in FR) on COPYRIGHT LIST, and that will give you a more recent list.
I haven’t found NIN (of course you didn’t supply the actual url or sitename) so far.

The moderators around FR this morning cannot recall the exact incident that triggered the block - in looking at history, it appears Northeast Intelligence Network was blocked some time ago, probably for pushing bogus conspiracies. It is a blanket block of the link for the website, not a block of this particular article.
