My husband bought me some of my favorite soup, Campbell's Cream of Potato. My mouth got all ready and I sipped the first spoon. I spit it back in the bowl. It tasted TERRIBLE! I thought it was spoiled. Nope. Now! With Sea Salt Added! If I wanted sea salt I'd go float in the ocean!
I just discovered that they've done the same to Vegetarian Vegetable. No more Campbell's soup for me. And I wrote them to tell them where they can stick their sea salt! I don't buy Healthy Choice soups because they taste awful. So they are now going to force their idea of healthy on consumers? The left is taking over everything and forcing their ideas on us. I'm really angry. They stick their nose in every aspect of our lives.
I guess I'll just have to make my own.

Campbell went liberal-left a long time ago, supporting dems. I don’t buy their soups, or anything else they are connected with, so I’m glad they have shot themselves in the foot with their “green”ness.

...gave up on can soup long ago. Find a local deli that makes homemade soups....a place near me makes pioneer bacon potato that is habit forming.
What’s wrong with sea salt? It’s still salt.
I’ve got regular salt, Kosher salt & grainy sea salt.
I always thought of sea salt as one of the “good” salts.

“Sea Salt” is the new “next big thing” from the artsy-fartsy, liberal nanny staters.
It ticks me off when health nuts take something that was good and ruin it in order to "help".
Michelle Obama, and her crusade, what else can you expect. My wife cannot eat anything with potassium based preservatives, and because of US companies bending over for Michelle, all the rage is ‘low soduim’ which simply replaces it for potassium.

Buy a crock pot and make your own soup.
We have a tyrannical pResident, Obamacare, higher taxes to pay in 2011 and you start off the year with a vanity about your “soup troubles”.

Once upon a time salt was used as currency...If the Dems and Radical Left get their way with their Food Nazi Bans and further devaluing our currency it may just come back to that.....So far our gov’t not much worth it’s salt.....
It may be a “good” salt but it changes the taste of the soup completely.
