That happens when hundreds or thousands of computers are programmed to send repeared queries that overload the server and takes out all services or really slows down the ones that are serviced

So, who's paying for it. Botnet rental, while not expensive, still costs something. Who do you thing is paying the bill?

Amen...I certainly wish we could go around the flack, yet then we wouldn't be over the target, thus the flack hits us. A truth some of us are beginning to live with is the flack. The liberals' targets are becoming too easy to hit, therefore the enemies (the liberals and leftists) are going to increase the flack, on those hitting the targets. I’m curious as to whether or not FR servers scan for/detect/block spam attempts intended to overload the server.

You KNOW it’s goin on... SURELY there is affordable software out there to prevent it.
