You’re right, he is playing a great game. He seems to be the only one with any game sense out there. Being a daddy has mellowed him some. His arrogance peaks through every now and then but it’s tolerable. I’m hoping he finally wins the million dollars. With everything he’s put into this and not be a total a-hole, he deserves it. I wonder how 3 people at RI works out. That should be interesting.
Maybe they want Matt to go away so thet are giving him 2 opponents. Maybe they are tired of him talking about God so much. Seems like they are making it up on the fly. How long will RI last, will thety let someone back in at the end?? That hardly seems fair. Rob is smart to want Philip next to him but if he takes Natalie, well that has happened to Russell before, his weak carry along won the million.
I’m surprised Rob is not looking for a second idol, he could need 2 before it’s over.
Well, we know that Rob wants Matt gone because he’d win the votes if he was in the final 3. That’s why he had his people vote out Mike and then David. People who could possibly beat Matt. I feel for Matt and really do like him. He was really bummed to be sent back to RI but took it like a good Christian.
One of the posters at the link said maybe a “gag clip” of him still on RI. Night vision camera, green eyes - “Where did everyone go. Haven’t seen anybody in days.” kinda thing.

I laughed and laughed at the show last night. Rob is the evil godfather to Phillip’s comic relief. Phil was still looney tunes but for once he didn’t go postal on someone even after being called out as low man on the totem pole. Ha, and then scarfing down the burgers.
RI challenge will have to be a single 3 player contest next week with Dave definitely going home. Too bad, because I was really liking David. He’s Zapa’s only saving grace.
I’m guessing that from now on, anyone eliminated at RI will become a jury member.

While they may be setting up a gag shot other Survivors have said the show uses a lot of stand-ins to set up the stage in the days right before the final - do lighting, etc, etc.

Who knew crazy = the n word? Ok, then Phil is a freaky psycho wacko loonytoon. Did y’all notice that the producers are now putting a question mark after his occupation caption on the tv screen. I first noticed the question mark on his cast member profile on the cbs site but now they’ve added it on tv (or at least I hadn’t noticed it before tonight’s episode). Does that mean he lied about being a special agent or they’ve figured out he’s off his rocker.
Why, oh, why, Julie! What torture! Now we’ll have to see those pink undies for the remainder. Thankfully, the island gods crafted a loin cloth for him.
Poor Matt. Looks like he’s starting to crack. At least he has company now.
What was that comment at the challenge when Jeff told Rob after winning the II that it would save him for one more day. One day? I thought challenges and tribal were every three days?
Is Phil crazy - or is he playing a part - at least in his mind?
Is he playing the “crazy black man” or is he really the “crazy black man”?
When he sits in a confessional it seems like he understands he is playing “the crazy black man” for Rob - just to fool Rob - because Phil will win in the end.
But then he launches into one of his rants and goes way over the top - so he is either one of the worlds best actors - or he is “the crazy black man”.

At the bottom of his resume is his 3 years of super secret federal agent stint. Maybe he was in the mailroom.
He doesn’t stay in one place for very long does he? Four years seems to be the max time for him.
