I would say it SHOULD. After all, if FORCE is being used, then I can’t think of putting it in any other category whether the person knows you or not.
Wrong. There are feminist movements in every country on earth, in one form or another.
I think the criminal penalties are the same for “acquantance rape” vs. “stranger rape”, but the colloquial name of the charge is different.
I’m not a lawyer, but I know some lawyers in Israel, and will ask.

I find this to be an interesting definition of “rape”.
For me, the most common element that makes the word — rape what it is is -— the victim has sex INVOLUNTARILY ( either through FORCE or MENTAL INCAPACITY ).
Now, if the victim thinks you’re Tom Cruise (when you really aren’t ) and consents to have sex with you... I’m not sure if rape can be used here. After all, the victim VOLUNTARILY CONSENTS. It is FRAUD, no doubt, but RAPE ??
AS for age -— there’s a term for it which society thinks of as even worse than rape — Paedophilia.

I can't believe the poll numbers, but in the context you described, I could believe that if some people are that 'precise' they could say that 'No, its not rape' (... but it is a similarly heinous and illegal crime - its just not their definition of the word 'rape').
They probably should have just asked if it is 'wrong'.
These movements are only outposts of Western decadence. What country outside the West takes feminism seriously?
Feminism facilitates rape by working to "free" wives from their husbands and daughters from the protection of their families.
I’ve known a lot of Jewish lads in my day...some were helluva pals....and we saw the world together and chasing women was pretty much a big chunk of it aside from adventure and making money...lol....maybe the real lure to be candid.
I did think they were randier than most other groups as compared to other white guys.
But rape?
No way...and I knew a lot of Israelis...and yes they are pretty macho towards women....more so than me as a chivalry raised Southerner....especially the Sephradim...who are sorta archaic about some stuff... but still..

That’s garbage. Rape has a much higher incidence in countries which view women as property.
I fear these poll results are accurate. Even many American Jews who visit the less liberal parts of Israel sometimes come back horrified by some of the practices of Jews from other countries. In many ways, Israel is a melting pot of Jews that don’t melt, but stubbornly keep to traditions of a bygone era in whatever foreign land.
There is no dominant culture that integrates or reforms other cultures, other than secularism. Everything is voluntary. If someone wishes to practice a weird and heterodoxical mutation of Judaism, they are free to do so. And it is not just limited to Judaism. Political philosophies also wend their way around.
A YouTube search for “prostitution in Israel” shows some of the seamier side of such things.
