An appeals court has upheld the rights of suburban Chicago students to wear T-shirts with the words "Be Happy, Not Gay."

I am in here, thousands of miles away from you Americans, waiting for the day SC will Rule Sharia unconstitutional.
This will be one of the happiest days in my lyfe - If I´m still alive to see it...
“rights of suburban Chicago students”
AP wouldn’t want you thinking you personally have this right.
This reminds me of the homo campaign, “it gets better” (type it into youtube search). My college student daughter has a lot of homo friends and when I brought this up I said, “fact is, it DOESN’T get better”, she said I was absolutely correct and went into a few challenges her friends have.
Fact is, homosexuality is similar to pus - it is an outside indicator of a bigger problem.
“....waiting for the day SC will Rule Sharia unconstitutional.”
.
I take it you don’t like stonings, beheadings and other forms of mutilation. Wherever you are, Sharia law will come your way before it is ruled unconstitutional by the SC. All cultures are of equal value, and don’t you forget it.
But homosexuals appropriated it.
Eventually all words will belong to some offended class or other, and use of any word by a non-member of that class will be a hate crime.
Hell, I was called racist for mentioning ribs, to describe flotus’ do as I say and not as I do attitude. Even though the very item she was eating was ribs. the insanity will never end.
It’s too bad the school administrators weren’t required to wear T-shirts describing that they were wrong in sodomizing the 1st amendment freedom of heterosexual students.
No different than me having the free speach rights for have a (FUBO) sticker on my truck.
In the first place, I don’t see how that is an “anti-gay” shirt.
What if the shirt said “Be happy. Not fat.” “Be happy. Not stupid.” “Be happy. Not Democrat.” “Be happy. Not perverted.” “Be happy. Not macho.” I mean, this could go on forever. It took a court to figure this out.
In the first place, I dont see how that is an anti-gay shirt.
If they refer to themselves as “fags” and “dykes” when supposedly that was a derogatory term, do you honestly think they need to hear any honest reference to homosexuality to call something “anti-gay”. That’s the problem with this agenda, you get these “far-out” interpretations of what was hateful. If they get their way enough, you can say goodbye to the first amendment. Someone has to stand up to them and say, “Sorry, but you are whacked out paranoid”.
Fact is, homosexuality is similar to pus - it is an outside indicator of a bigger problem.
That bigger problem is trying to find politically correct B.S. instead of admitting the truth in some cases.
While I appreciate free speech being respected - it makes me want to make the kids wear uniforms. I was shocked when the jurist I most admire, Thomas, opined that school kids at a public school did not have a first amendment right that could be exercised at school. Cases like this make me rethink my opinion of Justice Thomas’ opinion.
Every single homo I’ve met (and I’ve met and worked with a LOT) has some serious childhood issues.
Every. Single. One.

SAD and disturbing at the same time. What’s more sad is the whole hate crimes idea, because that honestly doesn’t help any of us, or them, with whatever the problem is.
Hate crimes = thought crimes
It makes me sick. It also implies that if you beat someone because you don’t like some attribute about him, you somehow deserve more punishment than if you beat someone else the exact same amount because you wanted his wallet.
It makes the guy who loses his wallet a “second class citizen”, not protected as much as the first guy you beat.
IOW, if a Caucasian rapes a Negro woman AND a Caucasian woman, and the punishment for the raping of the Negro is more severe because it is a “hate crime”, then the Caucasian woman has, by definition, become “less protected” by the law, due to her race, or, more accurately, what race she is NOT.
