The biggest soap opera of 2009-10 has a new episode. An obscure DUI arrest last October in Florida is getting attention now that Alyse Lahti Johnston is rumored to be Tiger Woods' new girlfriend.
Terez Owens Online broke the story about Woods' supposed new girlfriend over the weekend, saying the couple had been dating for several months and were recently spotted together on his yacht.
Radar Online called Alyse "a stunning blonde (who) is a dead ringer for Woods' ex-wife Elin Nordegren. At just 22, she is 13 years younger than the golfing superstar."
Radar Online says she is a recent Ohio State graduate, aspiring pro golfer the stepdaughter of Alastair Johnston, a board member with the sports management firm IMG. It has photos in which she looks a lot more attractive than in her mug shot, though not exactly like Nordegren, who lives in a nearby mansion with the couple's two children.
The story took on a new cast when reporters dug up Lahti's arrest on DUI charges last October. According to the Orlando Sentinel, her 2006 Infiniti G35X rear-ended a truck on Interstate 4, causing it to overturn:

I think his real Waterloo was at the US Open at Torrey Pines against Rocco in the playoff. The knee was hurt and afterwards he had it operated on. A week later the PGA started testing for steroids. How long would it take for roids to get out of your system? At that time they also had evidence he was “treated” by the famous Quebec roids doctor.
I question whether the knee really was bad and he took time off because he knew the PGA would finally start testing for juice.
Now he is also older, has a bum knee and the current crop of young players are better, longer, younger, better coached and they do not fear him. Martin Kaymer from Germany is number #1 and they kid is super talented and disciplined.
The Tiger fan boys on Golf WRX say he should go back to Butch Harmon and beg Butch to coach him. Tiger quit Butch years ago. My impression is Butch does not really like him.

Totally agree with you. Toss in the fact that he’s in Charlie Sheen mode right now, totally lost in moral depravity no doubt, and I think he’s never coming back. Heck, he hasn’t put more than two decent rounds together back to back now in almost a year. Pretty amazing, his fall from grace, and how all his fans were sold a persona that NEVER existed.
