Trump just announced on FOX news that he is offering $5million for Obama's long form. his sister in Kenya said she will Fedex it tomorrow, she said she could use the money since Obama only sends her $20 on her birthday.

Offer to pay $5M to the Chicago Teacher's Union if Obama (or anyone else) presents the document.
If Obama still withholds the BC, it's like a mathematical proof that it does not exist.
