Exactly. Typical leftist trick. Split the “no” votes into two categories so that “yes” appears to be winning, even though “yes” has less than 40% of the vote.

Murdering infants is not a service I want my taxes spent on.

If they’re going to receive federal dollars, it seems reasonable that they be required to provide equal dollar services to males as well as females. Sort of a Title IX deal. Afterall, the name of the place is Planned Parenthood, not Planned Motherhood.
