SAN DIEGO, California ~ Border authorities report that a man was caught trying to smuggle marijuana through a US-Mexico crossing with marijuana stashed under the seat of his wheelchair.
Officers working the San Ysidro port of entry claim that 19-year-old Donte Jonae Damas was crossing the border into the United States on March 28th in a wheelchair. Damas looked nervous as a drug-sniffing dog approached him at the port of entry
