Why does BHO's official biography state: "His mother, Ann Dunham, was born and raised in small-town Kansas. After her family moved to the Hawaiian Islands, she met Barack Obama Sr., a Kenyan scholarship student enrolled at the University of Hawaii. The two married in 1959, and on August 4, 1961 ...."
Wikipedia says that Stanley Ann graduated from highschool in Washington state in 1960, and moved to Hawaii and started college that fall, where she met BHO senior. "Dunham and Obama Sr. were married on the Hawaiian island of Maui on February 2, 1961, despite parental opposition from both families. Dunham was three months pregnant at the time of her marriage."
You expect honesty in Obama’s official biography when he lies constantly about nearly everything else?
Maybe they're trying for consistency.
Because the “story” has evolved and they can’t keep it straight.
First of all, you can’t trust wikipedia. Anybody can edit and it is loaded with mistakes.
That being said, it is probably closer to the truth but nothing about Barry Soetero is truthful or correct. The facts change to suit the situation and the 2012 election campaign has started already.

My current working hypothesis is that SAD was pregnant when she met BHO Sr, and, in fact, her pregnancy (known only to her) might have been her motivation for starting the relationship.
Is there a BHO-SAD timeline that could support or refute this?

Parental opposition...I can only imagine, in the late 1950's, interracial dating, then getting pregnant out of wedlock with a mixed race baby. That must have gone over like a ton of bricks Heck, they're are a lot of areas of the country today where it would still raise a few eyebrows.

The Wikepedia time line is totally internally consistent:
Born Nov. '42, Graduate HS spring '60 (age 17, almost 18), start college fall '60, meet BHO, Sr. fall '60, pregnant, Nov '60, marriage Feb '61 (Parents object, but hey she's 18, so what can you do?), Jr. born august '61.
The alternative is impossible to make sense of: Born in '42, marries BHO, Sr. at age 16(?) (where, in Hawaii? what's she doing there? when did they meet?) , then back to Seattle to finish HS, then back to (??) Hawaii, then pregnant in nov 60 and junior in aug 61.
