EL PASO - It's disgusting, unsanitary and it's going to leave you shaking your head. Migrant workers have turned a Downtown El Paso alley into a gigantic toilet.
Human urine stains the walls and feces is piled up in an alley that's just blocks away from the Convention Center and other tourist hotspots.
"If they don't let you go inside, you have to go anywhere. That's why El Paso is like that," Roberto Miranda said.
Miranda is a migrant worker. He sleeps outside of the Farm Workers Center, like at-least one-hundred other people, and he waits for work in the early morning hours. The disgusting alley is around the corner from the center. Miranda admits the migrant workers us it as their personal toilet.
"No, nobody thinks this is sanitary," Miranda said.
He told us the migrant workers have no choice but to use the restroom outside.
"We don't want to do that, but all the time when we want to go inside they say 'no,'" he said.
We questioned the Director of the Farm Workers Center. He told us the people that urinate and defecate in the alleys are not migrant workers.
"Most of the people in the street are homeless people," Carlos Marentes said.
Marentes told us the alley isn't his problem.
"That's a problem by the city. That's a social problem the city needs to address," he said.
We also spoke to neighbors.
"Hepatitis A, B and C can be in any of those mounds of feces, and they're all over the place," Randy French said.
Despite being concerned for his family's health, French doesn't think the problem is the migrant workers.
"Parts of me blame them, especially the ones who get really drunk. The biggest part no, because they have no facilities," he said.
French says he's reported the problem to the city, but he says the city has ignored his pleas for help.
"I think somebody through the city should be responsible for cleaning up all the mess, and the quick fix is porta potties," he said.
Today Mayor John Cook told us he's been well aware of the problem, but he said he doesn't know how to fix it. He said he's already sent Code Enforcement out, but he says they need to catch the people in the act. He says that hasn't happened.
Tonight we're still waiting for the City of El Paso to tell us who is responsible for the cleanup.

That’s right, they can’t. True, they have no business being in this country, but neither do they magically accumulate a lot of money when sneaking across the border.
This article is a lie. The president went to El Paso and told us that there was no illegal immigration problem, and made fun of those who thought there was.
Alligators and a moat? Yeah, that might help. But how about you round up these law-breakers and deport their asses?
If they had any brains, they would have set Obiwan’s podium in the middle of that alley and blocked it off so the reporters would have no where else to stand but knee deep in it.
You betcha it’s a social problem. Carlos Marentes is a *Director*. He’s not about to share his facilities at the Center with a bunch of peons.

The port-a-potties would be stolen and taken to Mexico to be used as a residence bathroom. The National Guard had porta-potties stolen from their campsite on the border- with the soldiers there asleep, and the next morning they could see the drag marks where they were taken to Mexico. Crazy!!
What gets me is when taxpayer money was used to build some of these work centers for illegals, one of the main reasons given was so the illegals would have a place to use the restroom and get them off the street. So I am wondering why this center seems to be not allowing them to use this facility for that.
Maybe they keep wrecking the work facility restrooms.
It IS digusting, and it's also a shame. My adopted state of Texas is awash in dirty mexi-diapers tossed onto the side of the road. Even on picturesque side roads out in the country, awash in Bluebonnets, you will find them.
I am told that illegal Mexican invaders are just like me, but this propensity to fling feces across the landscape is a filthy, 3rd world trait that is repulsive to any civilized person.
I am told that there is no stigma against littering in Mexico, and that the Mexicans here assume that whatever they throw out their window will be eventually be picked up by an Anglo. Their filth is everywhere and yet we (colectively) lack the spine to address the problem.
How about deport their illegal alien criminal ass? You know, follow the law.

I am sure they do damage the facilities, I figured they would when people got all wound up to build these places. The point is taxpayers paid to get facilities built for illegals to stop this very thing, now citizens have to deal with the mess in the street anyway.
Sure, put in Porta-Potties. Then make them clean up their mess, (supervised by someone like Sheriff Joe,) round them up, load them on buses, give them a bottle of water and a baloney sandwich, and dump them south of the border. Lather, rinse, repeat. This nonsense has GOT to stop. They ruin everyplace they go. We keep hearing about how “lazy Americans” cannot get along without these wonderful, “hardworking” people. But these supposedly “hard workers” can’t even be bothered to put a dirty diaper into a trash can. Enough!
I was born in El Paso. Thank goodness my parents took me out of there when I was a tiny baby.
You know, I have stopped at McDonalds and places while on the road and used their bathrooms for the price of a cup of coffee. In fact, I’ve never had them even say anything if I used their bathroom first before I bought a cup of coffee. I don’t think the issue is that there is no place for these people to use the bathroom. Of course, it could be that they are scary drunks and no place wants them inside at all.
Perhaps but porta potties are an ongoing expense.
Now Now they are just “undocumented” workers doing the work Americans do not want to do for less than minimum wage ...they are the future of American ... that whole “new world order” thing..... We need to adjust..bring a doggie poop bag and a bottle of bleach and it is ALL GOOD
I have seen that in Garden City, Ks. and Dalhart, Tx. One I couldn't miss as it was tossed in front of my truck. Poop bomb then was spread on through town....
El Paso has been this way for years. If you drive in the area South of I-10, you will swear you are in Mexico. It appears that Juarez is trying to annex El Paso a little bit at a time.
Dream on. Not gonna happen with Obamao, and probably not with establishment GOP.
