I’m not the one you should seek out for advice on pit bulls.
You need to talk to some people who owned these dogs and then had them attack and hurt someone.
They could tell you about the dogs from their experience as owners.
I’m one of the people who has been attacked by one of these creatures....my advice comes from that experience. I managed to beat it off the first time with a shovel, thank God it was handy. The second encounter I transformed it into a well behaved pet by pumping an entire clip from a 45 into it. I had to carry that F’n 45 on my hip for weeks, in my own yard because of the danger that dog would return.
My lips are sealed. Your elbow is ‘way off limits here.

My brother and I were repeatedly attacked by a black lab.
It finally left us alone after I football punted it.
Funny, I’m not going around stating that due to MY experiences all black labs need to be confiscated and euthanized due to my psychological hangups.

You are really not improving the stereotype that many have of what pit owners are like.
Take a look at your posts, they look like statements from some kind of gang banger. Very little self control and maturity is evident.
That is because you aren’t on a psycho rampage against a single breed.
Knowing Bobalu and others like them if they got pits banned they would just go after the next breed they thought should be banned until there were no dogs left.
They are no different from gun grabbers in that respect.

Before ‘pitbulls’ the animal to hate du jour was the rotweiler, before that the doberman, before that it was the german shepard, before that boxers, before that bulldogs, etc etc etc.
I wonder how they feel about being on the same page as PETA when it comes to animal ownership?

I’ve also experienced looking down the throat of a dog because my face was in its mouth.
German Shep named ‘queenie’.
She grabbed me before I knew she was there.
I still have a scar under my left eye from that.
Again, for the animal haters here, note that I am not wandering around screaming for government to confiscate and destroy animals.
