Herman Cain says he is headed to Israel for Glenn Beck’s Jerusalem rally in August.
The Atlanta businessman and former pizza magnate announced his plans to attend the “Restoring Courage” rally on Beck’s Fox News show.
“Speaking of courage, you’re going to be doing ‘Restoring Courage’ in Israel. I’m going to be there with you,” Cain said Wednesday.
Beck, who appeared unaware of Cain’s plans to attend the event, shook the businessman’s hand, saying “Herman Cain, what a man.”
The event is set to be a variation on Beck’s “Restoring Honor” rally last August.
The admiration goes both ways: at the start of the show, the Fox News host listed the three celebrities he’s ever wanted to meet: B.B. King, Michael Buble and Cain.

Actions speak louder than words.
Meanwhile, Mr. Cain is dismissed with a snicker and a joke by Bill O’Reilly last night. Anyone else outraged by BORs treatment of Herman Cain, who he says “doesn’t understand geo-politics” and “will never be President”.
How about the current occupant of the White House, O’Reilly? Who doesn’t even understand the economics of a lemonade stand?
Cain is a patriot, to borrow a phrase.
Beck just said, on his radio show, Cain will NOT be there.
Who better understands geo politics?
The man who says "I don't have a simple 30 second sound bite answer to that complex problem. The solution is to assemble a team of experts on the issue, come up with a strategy, explain that strategy to the American people, then go execute it"
or the TV "journalist" who because he been bloviating for some 30 years at one TV station or another assumes he is a super genius whose simplistic 30 second answer to every single issue is the only "the" answer.
BOR once again proves himself a moronic jackass with zero understanding of anything but his own overinflated ego.

Agree with this. Dick Morris seemed to think that Cain has a legitimate shot, but BOR bad-mouthed him.
The guy in the WH now doesn’t have a clue as to what he’s doing because he’s surrounded himself with a bunch of Ivy-league pencil-pushers who have little to no experience in the real world.
I find Cain’s approach refreshing. He seems like a man who won’t just jump in and do something for the sake of doing it. He would be very pragmatic in his approach.
Did Cain give a reason why he changed his mind?

I haven’t seen anybody on FR who has specifically said they’re going, but I haven’t been looking for that kind of thing either. I’m sure someone around here is planning on attendance.
