If "Boots On The Ground" Is The Definition Of War, Then Why Did Obama Invoke The War Powers Res.?

If the Obama administration's definition of war, as it pertains to Libya is having "boots on the ground" there, then why did Obama cite/invoke the War Powers Resolution back in March, given that they say that we never had boots on the ground there, nor were going to?

Secondly, if Obama cited/invoked the War Powers Resolution because we would be hitting Libya with air strikes, and airstrikes/predator drones constitutes warfare (hence the need for Obama to invoke the WPR before attacking Libya), then we are still at war with Libya, and therefore after 90 days Obama will have to get Congressional approval to contine U.S military involvement, or else let the other coalition partners do all of the airstrikes.

Why didn't Obama ask Congress to vote to scuttle the WPR befote striking Libya if he believes the WPR to be unconstitutional?

0 is above the law, does not apply, will find a judge to nullify said law.
When one is the ONE why should he be constrained by the law of the land. I am the ONE, therefore what I say is the law is the law.
Try and stop me, I have the congress and the house, I have the judiciary.
I will obey or not obey the law of the land, or I will ask the UN.
The laws apply to those without political power they apply to those that elected me, I am the ONE.

I think he is as hollow as it gets. There is simply NOTHING real about Barack Obama.

nObama is clearly venturing into impeachable territory.

While he was off-the-charts popular with black voters, neither party would ever want to impeach him and answer for it in future elections.

But if the U.S. downward disaster spiral continues, things may be financially very, very bad by 2012; zero’s popularity is already cracking amongst even his most stalwart supporters.

Also, Dems may come up with a better candidate than he, though Hillary and Biden are probably not it, and they probably sense that. If they did have a decent candidate, the Demrats could find it very wise to go along with impeachment of Zero.

If it looked like a slam-dunk, and enough Demrat Senators told the WH that they would vote to impeach, Zero and Biden could perhaps be persuaded by some powerful Demrats to work a deal.

Biden could steps down, and Zero appoints the new guy. Then Zero resigns, making the new guy the incumbent, who could then appoint a new VP for himself.

Then both of these candidates would be completely new, where Repubs had not made any strategies on how to run against them, and they could claim to have none of Zero’s baggage. They could even change course a wee bit after assuming office.

If they assumed office in the spring of 2012, they would not be in office long enough for any economic poo to be sticking to them yet. But they’d still have plenty of time to build up election support from their perch in the WH.

Our Dear Reader is a typical South American or African strongman. The laws are bent or ignored or selectively enforced depending on his current agenda. The congress and especially congressional Democrats are not holding him to account so they’re making themselves irrelevant kind of like the Roman Senate under the Caesars.

The only reason the Congress would never impeach him is because he’s black. He’s got a free ride and he knows it.

Why question the motives of a man who doesn’t know WTF he is doing in the first place.

He hasn’t got a clue.

Maybe it’s the hour, but I don’t know what that means in the context of what I said... I am reaching the conclusion that he, the souless one, is full of rage and not just toward America, but the world.

Yep! Completely plausible! The Democrats are all about the preservation & extension of their own power. What do you do when there is nobody left to "throw under the bus"?

Getting back to the crux of the original post. One question has to be answered before any other. A bomber/fighter jet flies at 30,000 feet. The pilots are not just dropping bombs where they think the bad guys are. So, the $64,000 Question: Who is giving the US pilots their targets? ONly people who could do that is some one on the ground, giving grid coordinates. Someone do an FOIA of the radio transmissions to the pilots. You’ll find out real quick, who’s giving them the information they need to drop JDAM’s on Qadafi’s troops.
