On a related issue, I am apparently the target of a boycott among anti-Caseyites based on my relationship with fellow Puerto Rican José Baez; my unflinching, but correct legal analysis of the weakness of the prosecution case; and my insistence that all the available evidence suggests the much reviled woman was a ‘good’ mother, i.e., there was no evidence of neglect or abuse. That is precisely why this case is so upsetting. How can a good mother go so wrong so fast?
Anyway, I can take the heat, but justice for the tragic and beloved toddler Caylee Marie Anthony does not mean that we can suspend the laws of the State of Florida or the Constitution of the United States to frame her mother.

She was called a good mother based on endless photos and videos that her loving parents took of her PLAYING (only playing) with her daughter. Try to find a video of her feeding her baby or in any other way taking care of her.
Food, clothing and playhouses were provided by her parents.
When Caylee turned 2, Ms. Anthony stole a check from her grandmother, cashed it and bought a cake for Caylee. That’s the good mother Geraldo and many on these threads see. Sorry, I see a selfish, none-too-bright thief with a criminal history.
Of course she couldn’t report the disappearance? Maybe she was under death threats? Sorry, you are now making up your own criminal case!
After 31 days, Casey herself got on the phone to authorities to admit her daughter was missing. So she obviously wasn’t under any death threat then - unless her parents were about to kill her - which I would totally understand.
As it has been pointed out: it is Caylee, not Kaylee. That alone shows you are probably not too familiar with this case.

I listed many, many things over and over again on the previous Casey FR threads that she never did. She had her picture taken with her daughter many times but what else did she do? Nothing!!
I don’t think that I personally would have been so offended by Geraldo’s coverage if he hadn’t INSISTED that she was a devoted and loving mother. The man was blind to everything except the photos he saw of her with Caylee!!
He must have read my mind. I had joked with my daughter that I thought Geraldo had his “yacht” parked in a harbor nearby and Casey was taken there when she was released from jail.
She and I were talking today about watching her son, now
2 1/2 years old every minute he’s awake. I told her we’d probably still be watching him when he’s 18 years old. “Where are you going?” “What are you doing?”
Gerald enjoyed taking a contrary view to this whole thing. He said he was being “pilloried” - all the time he was lovin’ it!

Me too! No one will ever understand just why they let so much time go by before confronting her! I guess that was common practice in that household as you can see when you read the emails back and forth between Cindy’s mom and her brother Rick. That family was blind when it came to Case. Maybe not so much with George but he didn’t have much say about what went on around there and certainly not much backbone!
I hope he gets the heck out of there and tries to rebuild his life without Cindy..I firmly believe she’ll take Casey back into her life.

He thought she was hot and easy. And if you look at the photos, you know he’s right. Geraldo is a horndog from the old school. His own treatment of wives and girlfriends has been horrendous. So naturally he’d be drawn to a women who wouldn’t even remember who she slept with on the following day. That’s our Lollipop Girl!
George is probably not going to leave Cindy. I think she has more money then he does. Also, there’s some sort of sado-masochistic relationship going on there. I don’t mean in a sexual way. But Cindy is the bully-sadist and George is the masochist who always gives in to her. They’ve been married a long time and I’ve been told that those kind of marriages are in actuality very strong.
But I’m just an armchair shrink, LOL!

There is not one shred of evidence to support that theory.
Whatever the payout is, it won't last long after all the attorneys get their hands on it.
