Pathetically phony...not even photoshopped. Stuck an eye from Build A Bear on it or pulled one off some doll. Notice the hand covering where the eyes are?

Looks phony to me.

I'm betting it had a birth defect of no eyes and they stuck a fake eye on it. Not a very good job either.
