I inherit a crisis every morning when I go to work. I’m the CEO, it’s my job to deal with them.

LOL I know the feeling. I used to be a factory foreman on second shift in a first shift world. There were days when I would have first shift team leaders coming at me as I walked across the parking lot.

At one time I had crew on both shifts..I got it from all sides...and dealt with it. I know EXACTLY what you’re talking about.

Pagers were just becoming vogue then...I wanted to throw mine in the river.

The ability to cope with the worst situations has to become a source of pride or you’ll never survive in any kind of management position.

If you don’t “embrace the horror” as I called it, things won’t get done.

Put it on my FB page with this comment:

Obama cries he inherited his problems...he blames Bush, ATM's, the Japanese Earthquake, etc. Always...Whining and making excuses. This woman says: "I inherit a crisis every morning when I go to work. I’m the CEO, it’s my job to deal with them."

Now, THAT is a leader...and that is what leaders do. What successful leader, manager, administrator goes to his employees and whines about what caused the problems that the company faces? Only whimpy ones, like Obama.

That woman reminds me a bit of Kirstie Alley, who would also make a better President than the current WH occupant.

Some background on the lady.

As Chairman and CEO of AMA Productions, Amilya Antonetti leads a team that Discovers, Develops, and Delivers consumer brands and products that provide better choices for today’s consumer. AMA’s team leverages decades of experience in Electronic, Direct, and Traditional Retail. We place consumer products in the RIGHT channel at the RIGHT time so that our portfolio companies and partners get the RIGHT results.

Amilya rose to the national stage in the early ‘90’s, when she discovered that the cleaning products she was using to clean her home every Tuesday were causing life-threatening ailments for her infant son. This led to the launch of Amilya’s Soapworks, a line of hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and biodegradable cleaning products. As one of the first Mommies to go “green”, she documented her son’s journey back to health in her first book, “Why David Hated Tuesdays”. Her Soapworks story has been featured on Oprah, CBS News as well as in Time, People, and Working Mother to name a few.

Name: Amilya Antonetti
Company: Founder, Soapworks

Interesting Fact: Regarded as one of the most inspirational female entrepreneurs of the 20th century

Read about this remarkable woman at: CNBC profile and appearance Amilya Antonetti

There is much more on the Internet about her, but I found her FaceBook page interesting where she lists her education from: School of Hardknocks, University of Life. Now you know why NO liberal, especially liberal women, will ever support or admire her. Can we say "Jealousy?"
