After saying the jobs bill is paid for, President Obama now says that it will be paid for by raising taxes over 10 years. I can’t figure out if he’s the kind of guy who makes infomercials, or the kind of guy who falls for infomercials.
Jimmy Kimmel weighs in with this good one. “President Obama is determined to help the unemployed because it’s looking increasingly likely that in a year, he’ll be one of them.”
I’m stealing that for a tagline.
Sadly, he’ll get that lifetime pension all ex-presidents get so it won’t matter if he ever does anything remotely resembling work ever again.

I think Jay’s writers were reading my post during Obama’s jobs speech to Congress when I said it was like watching an infomercial. I wrote: After listening to his “Pass it now,” 17 times I kept waiting for the 800 number to call and for the website address to come across the screen accompanied with the offer for a set of steak knives if you “Pass it now.” Another FReeper posted that “ShamWow” pic of Obama on the same thread. Leno’s writers can get a lot of good stuff from FReepers, LOL
