Why Hasn't Obama Been Campaigning In Ohio,Fla.&Penn.?Scared Of "Anti-Obama"Protests&Given Up Hope?
Posted on 10/23/2011 7:10:11 PM PDT by The_Obama_Gerbil
With less than a year to go,why is Obama wasting in time in North Carolina&Virginia? There are a lot more electoral votes in those other crucial states. Could it be that if he promotes a campaign rally in any of those purple states, there is a likely-hood of a "Massive Anti-Obama" demonstration? And his last stop in Ohio was to pull a "Tear Down This Wall" event. Winter is coming and when the blizzards and frigid temps hit the rust belt, let's see if O'Bozo can draw crowds of at least 300. By the time spring comes in May,it will be too late to bring his approvals in any rust belt state from 35% to 55%.

He’s apparently worried about Michigan considering all the time he’s spent here lately.
He’s like a suspicious boyfriend stalking us.
Wonder if we can get a restraining order?

He's been to Ohio so often I think he's worn out his welcome. I mean, how many times can you gather up the same bunch of union thugs and vagrants and get them to pay attention to another banal and boring speech?

North Carolina and Virginia are very close to the District of Corruption. Florida is very far away, and thus the Black Canadian Bus would leave a huge “Carbon Footprint.”
BTW, does anyone on FR have any stats on Obama’s Corporate Jet “Carbon Footprint?” Obama has used AF One a lot to raise money for his campaign and his planned retirement back home in Kenya. Lots of money, but oh what a cost to our Green Environment!

I suspect the
National Popular Vote movement is influencing nobama to some extent. I'm sure he's praying it will be successful. Virtually guarantees he'll be President for Life.

He’s goin’ to swing states that he barely won in 2008 - like Indiana ...
Margin of victory was only 29K against McCain ...

NPV ain’t gonna happen any time soon - and if they do get enuf states equalling 270 Electoral Votes to sign up, the NPV might be declared unconstitutional under the Interstate Commerce Clause AND the 14th Amendment.
States have a plenary right to choose the method of selection of their electors - WITHIN state boundaries,
With NPV, the elector selection is influenced by voters who ARE NOT eligible to vote within the state.
This sets up the constitutional question posed above ...
