Prayer Request for Diver Dave

A couple weeks ago, Diver Dave was diagnosed with bladder cancer.
He will be going through a surgical procedure on Wednesday.

It was a labor of love for a truly special person. Except for prayer, we all feel so helpless when illness befalls people we care about. I am glad I could do something to help.

I believe in the power of prayer and I just have a good feeling that he is going to be okay. :-)

As a 4 year cancer survivor, I pray that God will grant you strength and perseverance through your personal battle with cancer. May the Good Lord guide your health care providers with keen evaluation and management skills. May your family and friends provide you comfort and support during your recuperation.

The procedure is scheduled for Wednesday. It will be performed in Sacramento. I’m not sure if they will be going there this morning or later today.

Hopefully he will be able to check in with us before his surgery.
