. Well, he's not exactly a PhD, (He's a
Dr.PH) but may *better*, avoiding the two traps of the PhD learning more and more about less and less, and the generalist learning less and less about more and more.

What about these UV-B bulbs/lamps?
They seem pretty expensive, are there any relatively inexpensive UV-b bulbs one can put in a regular lamp to get Vit D3?
