List of Obama's promises/what he says he wants vs what he does to prevent it)

Last night, I was just relaxing after I got home from work, and I realize obama is almost always smiling and laughing when he is talking. I may have realized why. Example, "I want boots on the ground jobs created now." *Smiling at the applause and thinking to himself, how freaking stupid are you all, I'm doing everything I can to prevent this from happening, including ensuring the XL Pipeline will not begin until after next years elections. *

Here is what I want, a list of all the things he says, (a link to him saying them would be helpful), and what he is actually doing to prevent what he says he wants from happening. If we can come up with this, I can throw the top 10 into a poster sized image that anyone can use as they wish. If this already exists in some form please guide me there, thanks to all in advance.
