President Obama did not include any reference to God during his weekly address titled, “On Thanksgiving, Grateful for the Men and Women Who Defend Our Country.” His remarks were void of any religious references although Thanksgiving is a holiday traditionally steeped in giving thanks and praise to God.
The president said his family was “reflecting on how truly lucky we truly are.”
For many Americans, though, Thanksgiving is a time to reflect on how blessed and thankful they are.
But nowhere in the 11-paragraph address does he mention the Almighty.
Instead, he references the Civil War, two World Wars, and the Great Depression – noting that “Americans drew strength from each other.” However, President Abraham Lincoln said the nation drew its strength from God. He declared as much in his 1863 Thanksgiving Day proclamation:

So as I read it, he’s giving thanks to “Luck” on our behalf...
In the 14th and 15th centuries Spanish settlers gave thanks to God....English settlers gave thanks to God....Indians gave thanks to their “Spirits”.....Whole point of Thanksgiving is thanks to God for what we have.
His regime sure is sucking up to the military. I guess he and his ‘RATS figure they are REALLY going to need the military in 2012.

They get free paid vacations on our dime, Golf at the Air Bases, Free Bus’s , all because he was lucky enough to get elected because he was black.

Lots of the “Thanksgiving” books in the library, schools and book stores have removed God also. Revisionist history—for Marxism. “Community sharing” of things, not praise to God for the bounty. Zero is sickening.
OK, I am finally settled with the fact that Obama has no intention of ever recognizing or remembering God. Why should he? He is not a Christian. But that is alright...because God will remember when Obama stands before Him. He will recognize Obama as a man who is full of hate, anger, and jealousy and a man who turned his back on Him. God will judge Obama accordingly. And when Obama is turned away from Heaven he can thank and recognize the Devil.

He is an atheist. He never fully adopted Islam and he only went to Rev. Wright’s church for show. He is thankful only for himself.
As I do I recognize that the community organizer will never be 'gone'. He will always be "Mr. President". He will always be roaming the planet on the taxpayers' tab organizing against us.
I only hope that we chose the right path and fortify the congress with people of strength and respect for our heritage.
