THOUSAND OAKS, California - Two years after his life and career came crashing down, Tiger Woods is a winner again.

One shot behind with two holes to play, Woods finally looked like the player who dominated golf for so much of his career. He birdied his last two holes Sunday, making a 6-foot putt on the 18th, to win the Chevron World Challenge by one shot over former Masters champion Zach Johnson.

“So, not earth-shaking, but for devotees of golf, a significant move forward, especially nearing Jack.”

In an informal gathering one day about ten years ago, Arnold Palmer said that he thought that Tiger would eventually win more than he and Jack combined. He rolled his drink between his hands and said “you know what’s wrong with his game?”

One of the guys said, “nope. What?”

He looked up and said, “absolutely nothing.”

but I believe that inter-species mating is not what God intended, and shows human weakness and lack of values.

Wow. So I guess your knuckles *do* drag on the ground. Apparently nobody has pointed out to you that different races are ~not~ different species. I hate to be the one to tell you, but you and Tiger are exactly the same species.

To each his own, but my freedom of association is not your business, nor the governments, in a FREE country.

Quite so, yet somehow Tiger's freedom of association *is* your business. Which is it? To each his own? Free? or not?

I could care less about sports

For a guy who "could care less about sports", you're certainly making a big whoop de doo out of "nothing" on this thread.......

I don't watch golf anymore....

FRANTZIE used to make the same claim as well as not watching television at all but yet he seemed to know everything that was happening during every PGA tournament......LOL!

I wonder if they're roommates?

<><><><><

And your view about God’s intent in this context comes from what chapter and verse from what book?

Are you using the word ‘breed’ the way the word ‘race’ is popularly used?

But I could be reading you wrong. So help me out with some understanding in specific terms.

Thai person procreating with Thai person is fine ... no genetic mutilation or crossbreeding. Do I have that right?

Thai person procreating with African American is genetic mutilation/crossbreeding. Yes? No?

Black person procreating with Caucasion person. I’ll leave you to answer ... genetic mutilation? Yes? No?

"Inter-species mating"????? Care to clarify that statement in the text of what this thread is all about or was that a typo and you meant to write "inter-racial"?

They focus on Tiger because TV ratings of tournies he’s in are double the ones he’s not. The numbers make it clear what the TV audience wants to see. And if you’re in the TV business and there’s a guy out there that doubles your ratings he IS god. It ain’t political correctness, it’s revenue.

Cross breading? Multilation? Really? Really? So I gather you think that humans other than those purely “white” and Aryan European people are something other than human? That might come as a big surprise to Jesus since his mother was a Jew. : 0

I bet you were a big ball of laughs and some good clean fun on Crystal Naught.: (

BTW – I used to be a big Tiger Woods fan but his behavior and marital infidelity made me not so much so. But that had nothing to do with his race or the race of his parents. I still think he’s one of the great golfers of all time. A “nice” person, not so much but again, that has nothing to do with his race or that of his parents.

Traditional1 has gone from using species now to breed.

He’s getting closer.

Easy to understand why he’d prefer not to get pinned down into specific language that would lay bare his “issue”.

His "issue" is very disturbing and should not be tolerated on this website. FWIW, I did a google search on him and it appears that Jim Rob chastised him back around 2002 for his then racist comments.......

It is amazing to watch such a hard-core racist in action. He pretends to speak for God as being against inter-racial procreation. Yet it was God who made the races all of the same species and able to procreate among each other. So if anything, traditional1 is an insult to God's will with his vile rantings here.

He should take his sheets and go elsewhere.

Really. I have almost stopped watching the Golf Channel due to the silly fawning over Woods. Personally, I wish Woods would just fade away and take the club pro position in Katmandu.

"Even if Tiger regains his old form, the rest of the tour has caught up to him."

Before his meltdown he always had the intimidation factor. (remember his decimation of JB Holmes at the Accenture match play in Tucson?)

For the last year when partnered with him, players just saw it as another day at work. They were able to focus on the job at hand; their own game. If he starts to string some wins together or adds another green jacket to his collection next spring that will change. It will be very hard for players who come up against him on Sunday to ignore the intro credits on the first tee in order to keep their heads.
