Has anybody know anything as to why Cantor tabled the Inside Trading Bill. He said something about the bill needs more looking into? Hay, Cantor let me write the bill. Even a Elected Elite would understand.

1)All Federal elected personal and immediate family are subject to inside trading laws and bribing laws. 2)All Federal employees and immediate family are subject to inside trading laws and bribing laws. 3)All Non Paid Staff members and immediate family are subject to inside trading laws and bribing laws.

TOPICS: Business/Economy; Hobbies; Miscellaneous; Society
KEYWORDS: bribery; congress; corruption; embezzlement; ericcantor; extortion; insidertradingbill; insidetrading; moneylaundering; virginia
Is that clear enough, Cantor?

I'm guessing some very wealthy Sr members cornered him.

I take a lot of crap about it but lobbying is a major source of problems in DC. The problem is that what goes on in DC is no longer just lobbying. Its one thing to advocate an issue but its another thing to work in a congressman's office to advocate an issue.

One example I dug up the other day was Jim McDermott. His entire staff came directly from the NEA and the NEA is one of his primary donors. That isn't lobbying, that's total control.

This is just the staffers Mostly GOP due to the fact that they're the majority.

Staffers

Almost 400 former congressmen who are still in Washington

People can cheer about Barney Frank going away but the reality is that he's unlikely to go anywhere.

“I’m guessing some very wealty Sr members cornered him”

I’m guessing Cantor intends to be a very wealthy Sr member himself.

Sometimes I think the problem is impossible to clean up, it's like asking career crooks to police themselves at this point.
