Loved his work with Gerry Mulligan . At Storyville with Bill Crow on bass and Dave Bailey on drums a classic .
He became known because of his early works in the Stan Getz quintet with John Williams.
Having gotten that off my chest, yes Bob Brookmeyer was incredible. R.I.P.
