Not that I know anything about human anatomy but I am guessing when you are very thin and work out the upper body... arm muscles tend to look more “massive”. The dress is absolutely stunning to me.

But she’s not a “titles and nobility” sort. She comes from a very hard-working, middle-class family. It’s nice that the prince fell in love with a smart normal girl and married her instead of marrying someone with a title and kennel papers that go back to Boadicea. She’s doing very well in her new job.
And remember, that “titles and nobility” stuff adds a lot to England’s bottom line in terms of tourist dollars. It’s a business. They keep the royals etc. around for a reason: revenue.
