I have my SO on D3(she was diag/w MS 3 years ago - a lot of neuro prob patients have low D) Accidentally put her on 10k iu. went in for a physical and her calcium levels were way high. A bunch more blood work. With D3 levels your taking just be careful.

You don’t need a presecription for D3. Your doc is jackin’ you around. There are good vitamin D3 brands with 5,000 or 10,000 IU.

Except if you are one of those people like me who does not process vitamin d properly.I can not get enough from sun exposure and no one who lives north of Atlanta can 9 months of the year.
I would argue with you because as it’s been explained to me the prescription form of vitamin D is made to be better used by those of us who have problems processing vitamin D and there is something in it that keeps the digestive system from destroying it.
