Back in June of 2010 a leader of a pro-Palestinian student group at University of Berkeley allegedly rammed a Jewish woman with a shopping cart as she staged a counter-protest to an anti-Israel “Apartheid Week” rally conducted by the Muslim Student Association and Students for Justice in Palestine. The counter-protest was dubbed “Israel Wants Peace Week.”
Now, U.S. District Court Judge Richard Seeborg has deemed that the Muslim students who harassed Jessica Felber and other Jewish students were simply engaging in protected political speech.

I wouldn’t be surprised if more research on this judge yielded info that his parents were Nazi sympathizers.

Me again..... Booker T. Washington noticed the same thing in regards to the high quality bricks they learned to make at Tuskegee Institute - that repeated commercial interactions also increased the social familiarity between whites and blacks - and gave local whites a direct benefit to having Tuskegee in their midst - locally produced high quality bricks at a lower price - and social interactions that fostered cooperation and understanding.

Nope, not for that, but based upon his ruling, you CAN punch him if you disagree with his politics. Suggest you wait until after he votes in the next election, ask him who he voted for, and if he says he voted for a Democrat, then you beat the living sh!t out of him (or drop a shopping cart on him) because you disagree with his political beliefs.

What about hitting the judge over the head with a spiked baseball bat? Is that freedom of speech too? What differentiates a shopping cart from a blunt object?
At least this Judge has paved the way for shooting back, without retribution.....

It appears his hypothesis was:
“Since Lenin and Marx were Jewish (a false statement, as they were Russian Orthodox and Lutheran, respectively), modern leftist must like Jews.”
Aside from the factually-incorrect basis (e.g., neither being Jewish), the basis of the hypothesis seems to be a mismash of:
1. Protocols of Elders of Zion (a Russian forgery which claimed Jews were behind communism)
2. The Mein Kampf, which admitted the Protocols were a fake, but nonetheless embraced them as true in principle
3. Historical ignorance of the fact that leftists (from communist to fascists) have always hated Jewish people.
4. The accident of history whereby European/Russian nationalists hated Jews MORE than leftists hated Jews (and used them as scapegoats), which forced Jews into the leftist camp by default.
The results of 1-4 are idiot posters on FreeRepublic who say things like “Jews voted for Hitler because he was a Democrat!”
This judge needs a menal evaluation! This is insane!
