Boehner and McConnell should have lost these leadership positions in 2009 or certainly 2011. They were carry-overs from the GWB era. Clearly they are not able to lead a coordinated counter-attack on Obama, and he is using them as sitting ducks to fire on. Their performance is pathetic and their members don’t seem to want to win either. You nailed it! People in OH and KY haven't a clue about the "leadership."
