Their appointments are good only until the next Congress, anyway. Don’t get all worried over trivial crap like this.............
Inching closer to the real purpose of the Second Amendment.
I personally think Republicans should shut down the House and Senate tighter than a drum and not bring up as much as the naming of the Podunk Post Office until these appointments are reversed. But the Republicans don’t have the testicular fortitude for anything like that, they might look “bad” so I’m guessing they will do what they have been doing, issue strongly worded statements and moan about it on TV.
Then I remembered past times when the "conservative media" went beserk over something Obama did, or said he was going to do, and it turned out to be hype over nothing.
Sadly, the conservative media isn't any more trustworthy than the MSM. Big surprise, right?
You can not have recess appointments when congress is not in recess.
However, if congress wont do anything about it, nothing is to be done. The ball is in their court, and apparently they don’t care the president is operating under the rule of dictatorship.

Does Boehner have the guts to make a public announcement he won't televise the 'State of the Union' unless the President rescinds the illegal recess appointments? Does he even care about the Constitution?
It seems as though whatever Obama does it is fine with the Republicans in congress, sometimes they get a little whiny, but that’s about the extent of it, nothing new same ole, same ole.
Demand that these appointees go before confirmation hearings anyway.
If Obama is going to taunt them with non-recess recess appointments, then the Republicans should declare that they are not in recess, but now that Obama has forwarded the names to Congress, Senate confirmation hearings will begin in a few weeks.
Put it back on Obama and Reid now.
And it's all within reasonable bounds of decorum.

don’t count on Hannity do to anything as he doesn’t want to upset his elitist homosexual loving liberal pals he hangs out with and has on his show.
The man is a fraud but answer to your question.
All talk show hosts need to tell their listeners to call the white house right now, call the GOP and demand they either impeach, stop this dictatorship and defund this new dept.
Also demand that the GOP take on the MSM, call their bias out, and ask them on their channels on live camera why they refuse to tell the truth about their messiah.
Call these lying sacks of crap out for crying out loud.
So long as the dictator knows he has the MSM he will go even further than this
The result of all the aforementioned being the left is in charge. The only fear the left has is the fear of being unable to consolidate and make permanent their hegemony.
The reality of the situation is there is nothing to be done immediately. Somethings will eventually get done, when in fact it’s tested in court. Note that not *too* many democrats are sounding off for joy on this. The smart ones know they’ll have to live with this if they let it go.
A President at odds with the lawmakers is bound to break a lot of laws and those chickens will come home to roost on him.
Imagine this: The Elected President isn’t President until certified by the Senate.

CONGRESSIONAL RESEARCH SERVICE REPORT TO CONGRESSAs usually, it's a case of allowing the Democrats to ignore rules that they held the Republicans to, without Republicans making them pay the price.
[ Updated March 12, 2008, Order Code RS21308, LINK ]"How Long Must the Senate Be in Recess Before a President May Make a Recess Appointment?""The Constitution does not specify the length of time that the Senate must be in recess before the President may make a recess appointment. Over the last century, as shorter recesses have become more commonplace, the Department of Justice has offered differing views on this issue. Most recently, in 1993, a Justice Department brief implied that the President may make a recess appointment during a recess of more than three days. On at least three occasions, the Senate has used procedural tools to prevent the occurrence of a recess of more than three days for the stated purpose of preventing such appointments: the 2007 Thanksgiving holiday period, the period between the first and second sessions of the 110th Congress, and the 2008 Presidents Day holiday period. In each of these cases, the Senate {under Harry Reid} met in pro forma sessions (during which no business was to be conducted) every three or four days over the course of what otherwise would have been a longer Senate recess. The President {Bush} made no recess appointments during these periods."
>>...what now? That is besides fuming, and getting angry and holding our breathe until November...<<
What now? Probably the same thing congress did to address Obama’s Kenyan Daddy and his dual-birth rights.
Frustration is our burden, as long as we have to rely upon the likes of Boehner & McConnell to get anything done.
Actually, Mark did outline a possible approach. Anyone affected by any and all regulations from this agency can sue based upon the fact that they are acting without authority. Challenge everything they do. Tie them up in court. It’s what they do, after all.
Concentrate on what everyone acknowledges is a czar -- no Constitutional Senate confirmation required. Both parties do it but Obama has gone nuts, it appears -- or rather he has proved that he is nuts.
How many czars does Obama have now? What freedoms have we lost -- especially businessmen and women?
Start talking about how Obama is czar and fettering us.
