Newt has the right to fight back against his competitors, I have no problem with that. However when he starts by sounding like Obama and using the class warfare card on Romney's wealth, it is just plain stupid. Now his latest quip about taxing the blind, and scraping the bottom of the barrell is just more over the top whining. I really think Newt is probably the smartest and best informed candidate. However, his achilles heal has always been his ego, and the inability to handle rejection or negativity (a major part of politics) in a grown up fashion. It goes back to his complaining of having to get off the back of the plane with Clinton and has reappeared in this campaign. I can not longer think of him as a viable candidate.
Perhaps he should just say that he likes Mitt, be nice and not possibly hurt his feelings?

I think against obama, Newt will be perceived as just an angry irritating hypocritical old fat white guy with no moral high ground and no game. I don’t think his brains will do him a damn bit of good against obama. For one thing, his achilles heel is he continuously over-estimates himself. He is smart but he is not as smart as he thinks he is.
With Bachmann out of the running, my favorite three are down to two, Santorum and Gingrich.
I love these guys.

Mitt Romney and Ron Paul smeared Newt Gingrich with all manner of distortions in Iowa. It was an incredible campaign of negativity. It worked and now Newt has to fight back. I wouldn’t mind if he did go negative. I hope Newt messes Williard’s hair up tonight and takes his lunch money.

The viewers' reaction in this year's Republican primaries has not been to refrain from watching, but to refrain from supporting those who have initiated the contention exchanges during the debates. Bachmann nosedived after she went after Perry on Gardasil.
And Gingrich and Cain surged by staying out of the contentiousness and being positive until other factors outside the debates began to drive down their support. Newt runs a big risk if he appears too angry and vengeful in these next two debates.
That job is being saved for John Bolton.
Prayers up for Rick, though. May the government be upon His shoulders. And may God promote a man to the Presidency who will seek out God's instruction in all matters of government.

There is a concerted effort to knock Newt out because he would tear Obama a new a**hole in a debate.
I for one see Gingrich as a total utter scumbag. Does that make me a Romney supporter? NO.
