I believe it was Ronan who said he couldn't have a relationship with a man who was both his father and his brother-in-law.
UNICEFs - UN thief of money
“Farrow, in fact, seems to have spectacularly poor taste in men”
Do we still have that “Understatement of the Year” pool going on here at Free Republic? We may have a winner!
Couple of weirdos. Mia is nutty as squirrel poop! I liked “Radio Days” and the wacky Sci=Fi flick. Iwatched the documentary of his tour of Europe with his band, because I enjoy his music. The flick showed that he and Soon-Yi are quite comfortable together. It also showed how strange he is!
Mia going from Frank Sinatra to Woody Allen still boggles my mind.
I remember an interview where he was asked why his movies didn't make money in America any more. He said they were “too cerebral.”
From the article:
“Soon-Yi made great strides, she struggled... Its been reported that she has an IQ of less than 100.”
I'll bet she and Mr. Cerebral have lots to talk about. Young and mentally impaired - way to go Woodman.
From his work; we all knew that Woody was a perv.
Soon Yi or later, it becomes confirmed.
Interesting article.
An emotionally damaged woman, the child of alcoholics, becomes a compassionate, loyal, hardworking, responsible parent. Perhaps because of all the pain she suffered, with the help of true religion. But somehow she never was able to save herself from making the mistake of bad judgement in men.
I’ve seen it so many times. My guess is she is trying to save them too. You can’t help these people, they will head towards destructive types as unerringly as a compass.
In the case of children, they save them, but as business or romantic partners, disaster.
Incest is always so artistic.
There’s no doubt that Woody Allen is a little perv. I never understood how directors found it plausible to put him in movies where he was the romantic lead. Oh that’s right. Most of the time, he was the director!!
Saying all of that, every once in a while a Woody Allen project turns out to be a very good movie. Radio Days and The Front are two examples. I think that his latest (Midnight in Paris) falls in that same venue. I recommend it to anyone. Excellent movie. Even when they are poking fun at the tea party and conservatives. It’s done in a tasteful, funny way and not malicious.
