UK Daily Mail ^ | February 2, 2012 | Julian Gavaghan

But the new specimen, found by a team from the University of Aberdeen, was ten times the size.

Well this finally puts paid to one of the most annoying food scams in Italian Restaurant History: Shrimp "Scampi."

Shrimp is shrimp and Scampi is PRAWNS

Start sautéeing the real thing ... or else. A 1K Scampo, white wine, olive oil or butter, dill, fennel, garlic, dry white wine or sherry, bit'o'lemon, chopped parsley. High heat, but do DO NOT overcook.

Repeat as necessary. How about a nice Meursault with that? BTW, best place in the world to have prawns ain't Italy. It's an Italian restaurant in Dublin!
