Bad Polling News for Obama
HotAir.com ^ | 2/24/12 | Ed Morrissey

Democratic pollster Stanley Greenberg is out with a must-read polling memo this morning, which offers some eye-opening advice to President Obama and his re-election team. After testing several of the president’s economic messages, he finds the argument that the economy is back on the right track polls miserably – and “produces disastrous results.”

“It is weaker than even the weakest Republican message and is 10 points weaker in intensity than either Republican message,” Greenberg wrote. “A third said this message made them less likely to support Barack Obama. Alarmingly, this message barely receives majority support among self-identified Democrats – and even less support among all other groups.”

The memo reads as a glaring wake-up call to the White House, which has been trumpeting improving economic figures lately. Greenberg notes that voters are reporting “no improvement” in their job situation since last June, and have experienced reduced wages and benefits and health insurance coverage. The picture Greenberg’s polling paints is an America public still deeply pessimistic about their future, and skeptical of Obama’s handling of the economy.

Great news. The communist's internal pollsters must be coming up with the same results. That's why Obama is trying to scare up his base with the contraception/abortion pill mandate. He's losing.

The reason the “contraception” issue is coming up is that most of the “base”, and I DO mean “base”,

put consequence-free screwing way above having a job.

We can only hope that Obama will keep reading his teleprompter. His speeches are our best weapon against him. Michelle Obama is constantly stirring up increasing opposition
to a second term for Obama as well. Let them continue. Their time is running out.

In obummer’s speech yesterday in Miami, he said, “The American people are not stupid”... maybe he was correct for the first time this year.

You can't tell people things are better when they are out of work, under water on their mortgage, paying high food prices, paying high gas pieces and keeping their car on the road for a record 13 years. The Regimes lies will not trump the everyday truths of the American people.

“vacations”

As many as she can. She has an agenda to grab as much as she can while she can. One regret is they will get protection and more wealth after they leave office.

He also announced yesterday that he will be President for another five years. The election in November will just be a formality. Sort of like an election in Venezuela.

The Average American knows bovine scatology when they see/hear it.

The "wrong track" numbers are still off the charts.

I stand by my prediction: this election will be similar to 1980, as the tsunami will break against the incumbent on the weekend before Election Day.

Before they go to the polls, millions of Americans will ask themselves, "do I really want another four years of Obama?"

I guess the hypnosis of the sheeple starts to wear off when they can hear their stomachs growl.

The CommiePunk deserves to lose in a bigger avalanche than the Reagan beat-down of Carter.

Wonder how it is going to play, the Obama message, when gas hits an average of $4.50 or more a gallon. He may as well throw in the towel if gas goes higher. Of course, he could always pull a rabbit out of his ass.

The real reason contraception is being discussed by the MSM is $4.00 gas and 9% unemployment and the continuing collapse of the Middle East.

So the media has to distract Americans from the crappy job King Barack is doing with these silly side issues, trying to scare women into believing that the GOP wants to take away their contraception.

paying high gas pieces and keeping their car on the road for a record 13 years.

I had to go deliver my twelve year old car for heavy maintenance to day. Yesterday gas at the corner store was $3.60 today it was $3.72. Oh yeah the Economy is getting better tell that to the small businesses that have had to close their doors around here, tell that to the businesses that rely on the tourists and fishermen that come here to get away to the ‘country’ to go fishin’. Yeah things are SOOO much better than they were under Booosh.

Also does anybody have an idea at the tipping point when Gasoline and Diesel are too expensive to even make going to a job worthwhile, (If you have a job that is).

Of course, he could always pull a rabbit out of his ass.

I'm looking for a mid-October US air attack on Iran's nuclear facilities, with a simultaneous opening wide the strategic oil reserve to prevent prices from spiking. All personally announced by Zero himself with an array of US soldiers and sailors behind him. Or he may stage it like George C. Scott's opening speech in Patton.

This self righteous punk must go. And you Progressive, you are to blame. We working people are sick and tired of each and every lie. You Progressives are now in the light. Your failing leader is despised by working Americans who do not want your government shoved into our faces 24x7.
