HBO's new film "Game Change" is thoroughly sourced, fair and balanced. It humanizes former Gov. Sarah Palin while letting even Democratic viewers get to know the woman behind the headlines.
Balderdash.
Big Hollywood has been tracking the film for some time, debunking its obvious lies and shredding HBO's pitiful defense of what is a politically motivated hatchet job.
HBO has every right to create any kind of programming it wishes. And responsible media outlets have a duty to let viewers know when a film bears very little resemblance to the truth.

I was going to get HBO, but then the "Fluke You, America!" thing hit the news.
Between HBO's hit job on Palin and Bill "Profanity is the feeble effort of a small mind attempting to express itself forcibly" Maher's program, I couldn't find a reason to subscribe and give them my money.
I watched it. I found it boring as all they did was basically show what happened in the 2008 election. It was not interesting at all. Total waste of almost 2 hours that I won’t get back. Nobody needs to watch the movie as they lived it in real life.

I agree. The only thing that I found interesting was that Sarah was 100 percent correct when she wanted to go to Michigan and the McCain campaign said no AND going after Obama and the McCain campaign said no. I think if they would have let her do what she wanted, they would have made it IMHO. I liked the last look when that blond bimbo who didn’t even vote saw how excited the supporters for Sarah was....she looked like she was punched in the stomach. lol. I loved that scene so much. But overall the movie SUCKED!!!!

They lied about a lot of what happened. Several of the people that were there called them on it. Jason Recher- who was a senior adviser on the VP staff and has worked for Palin since, said “If she was like what they portrayed her to be, I would have quit in an hour.”
And the guy that advised her on foriegn policy said that the map scene was fake. He said he used maps even on McCain- that is the way that he works. He said she wasn’t stupid at all- he was there to merge her views with McCains- not because she knew nothing. Said that she asked smart questions, trying to take in McCains foriegn policy views. (I think I’d rather she didn’t.)

I discovered “Flingo” recently, it allows most any free movie or video on the web to be shown on a smart TV set with “Web Videos” app. For instance, if you can veiw it on Youtube, you can fling it to the TV. “Talvisota - The Winter War (English subtitles) “ is an excellent free full length movie about the Russian/Finish 1939 Winter war, good on the monitor, but much better on the wide screen TV.

I have been watching many historical and military documentaries. Dozens more and movies are in the Web Viveos queue waiting to be seen.
Julianna Moore as the washed up porn star in “Boogie Nights” showed she sucks.
Does it include HBO “comedian” Bill Mahrer’s comments?
Or does Time-Lies-Warner-Turner not like to bring attention to its own stars?
