Blaming the owner instead of the pit bull when it rips some innocent person’s head off.

It's the owner's fault for not controlling the animal.

I see women walking pit bulls in my town...when it sees a cat, small dog or a small child; she will NOT be able to 'control' the animal. Pit bulls should NOT be walked around residential neighborhoods...keep them inside or in a secure pen.
