The unlawful actions of the various Federal agencies under Obama has been well documented here. Some in the hinterlands may ultimately not go along, but I’m still waiting for it to happen. Certainly not going to put any faith in it.
Watch the govenors use their National Guard Units to wipe such a thing out before the Feds have to get involved.

Perhaps the reason he has been building up his personal 'police force' better armed than our military and in larger numbers is in anticipation of using them to take over the military and all other bodies of law enforcement officers in the country. I've wondered why in the world would he want to create such an overwhelming body of warriors apart from all the firepower we already have is to use them to subjugate our military and all law enforcement agencies in the country when he declares nation-wide martial law.
He must think the population in general will just roll over and go quietly into the night if he takes over the military and leo's. No, I don't think he plans to take over the military. He'll just dis-regard them once he gets his 30 million illegal aliens in country and issued AK 47's before he gives our military and leo's an ultimatum to swear allegiance to him and his illegal Hessian warriors or face the firing squad.
Well, on this one point, you'd be two days late, since, if there is a POTUS-Elect, he'd be sworn in on 01/20/13.
There is no personal police force that he is building up. No activity of that size can go on unnoticed. There are too many eyes everywhere in government that are not friendly to him.
The citizens do not elect the President under the Constitution, the Electors do. The people vote for the electors, although that's not required by the Constitution, it's just how all the states do it now, although they did not always do it that way.
In some states the electors are by law required to vote for whomever they are pledged to, but in others they are free to vote for whom they choose. No faithless elector has ever been punished, and only once have they changed the results, and that was only for VP, in 1836. Even then they merely threw the election into the Senate which picked the "expected" winner anyway, so even they did not change the final result.

The above scenario assumes Obama cancels, or at least doesn’t honor, the November elections by giving up the Office and instead declares indefinite martial law. January 21st would be the first full day he’d be unlawfully occupying the White House.
Why suspend elections? Just create intimidation of conservative / shy voters, bus in illegals and use lots of voter fraud. And, if necessary, use OWS to create chaos at polling places so the government takes the ballots for “protection” and then makes the outcome they want.

First, there has to be one. Riots in a few dozen Dem strongholds does not a national emergency make.
Further, who would enforce it? Internally, there aren’t enough active, reserve, IRR, police, or boy scouts put together to possibly keep a lid on an action like that.
Even if the blue helmets were summoned, not enough manpower - not to mention at that point, all bets would be off.
Just pull the anyone but Erkel lever this November. Things will eventually right themselves.

He already has 15 million illegals here. Three hots and a cot and carte blanche to raise hell in the streets with their newly-issued AK-47 would be incentive enough to fill his ranks very quickly. Especially when the border patrol is disbanded and the gates swung open.
He’s dividing this country by class and by race. A class and race war would come in very handy to accomplish his goals. There are a lot more people involved in this than you could imagine.
So they may very well be more bananas than Chile was. Actually Chile would be more of a Guano Republic, I don't think they have many bananas there.
And you have no idea what the firepower is of a modern, armored air-ground army unit is. The National Guard units of most states alone are battle hardened from the mideast and are equipped and trained as the regular Army is. The destructive firepower they possess is breathtaking and smaller well equipped units can destroy much larger poorly equipped ones. An AK-47 is no match for any of our vehicle mounted weapons. Take that plus the firepower of 50-60 million Pariots and these illegals would be hamburger in a week. Your scenario makes a good B-rated Hollywood movie and nothing more. It dies quickly under the harsh realities of modern military capabilites.
