Three Beach teens busted for allegedly making porn video on playground

Police say three teens were arrested for shooting a raunchy video on the playground.

On any given day at Rosemont Forest Park in Virginia Beach, children are all around playing after school.

But last week, a few Salem High students found the opportunity to stage a porn shoot in broad daylight.

Police say a 15-year-old girl performed oral sex on a 16-year-old boy somewhere in the park. It was all captured by another 17-year-old boy on his cell phone.

Neighbors who live nearby wonder how this was all even possible.

“I’m quite disturbed because there are younger children that play in the park, and if I would want to go into the park in the evening, I wouldn’t want to see what’s going on,” says a resident in the area.

No one caught them in the act, but police say one of the teens was overheard talking about the cell phone video at school.

It got back to Salem High's principal who then called the cops.

Filming pornography could get these teens in serious trouble for the rest of their lives if they are convicted.

They have been charged with cultivating, manufacturing and publishing pornography.

It's considered a sexually violent offense because minors were filmed.

Despite the fact that the teens who shot the video were minors and they willingly participated in taping the encounter, Virginia law would still give a judge the power to label them as sex offenders and force them onto the state's registry.

Our children follow the example we as a culture set.

Ping the pro-porn contingent.

It does harm them for life and essentially puts them on state welfare if their parents (or someone) won't support them. I know of one case like this through a friend and the 15 yr old girl looked much older and convinced the dumb guy she was of age. He is now almost 30 has never had a job, never had a driver's license and is still on probation. He could have gotten out of the program years ago ... if only he had about $40k to grease the legal wheels.

It's just another way for the Progessives to create more dependents on the state.

It’s a terrible misuse of the whole concept of “sex offender”. The sex offender registry should only be about predators, not some kids out being stupid.

The sex offender registry itself has enough problems. There is something wrong when dangerous predators have to be released from custody... And everybody knows they’re still dangerous but the law has no mechanism to cope with them. People known to still be dangerous shouldn’t be let out into the world. We just don’t yet know how to deal with them. They can’t be fixed. But we can’t make sex offenses capital crimes either— because if we did then there’s no reason for them to ever leave another victim alive.

I don’t know the answer.

And it will be on the internet forever! 10 - 20 years down the road ... “Mom, I saw one of your movies at school today. One of the boys was showing it around.”

The problem in this case, and your story, is the key element is an underage girl (15) wanting to have sex ~

Sure, they'll do it ~ for the attention, attentiveness, social status (in some subgroups), and maybe for money ~ but sex for the sole purpose of sex?

Talk to them someday.

Now about Virginia's laws, they all end up as sex offenders. They can, of course, move somewhere else.

The young man I was speaking of is in NJ. He can't move to another state unless the sheriff's dept of the county he plans to move to signs a waiver. His family wanted to move to PA. Can't do it. Due to the nature of national data bases today you just can't sneak off to a new state and start over. This ain't the '60s anymore.

Is that something new?

It's never been"new" ~ which is why you have to protect yourself ~ certainly don't get 'em pregnant, and don't get caught on the premises, and most of all, don't get filmed with them!

Seem's easy enough to me.

Not likely in today’s courts. If caught urinating in public, they will still have to register as a sex offender.

Just the way things are.

The point here is that registries of sexual offenders is new.

What sort of 15 year old girl is hanging around with a 21+ guy trying to convince him she's of legal age?

I'll tell you what kind.

It's a girl who has been given no supervision, no training, and no sense of self-worth by her parents.

He was 18. What difference does it make what kind of girl she was? Do you imagine a Utopia where there are no girls like that? The point is his whole life has been ruined by the state.

Not to sound too strident but it's within living memory that Virginia's age of consent was 14, but if you had authority over the girl (as a teacher or guardian) It was 15!

The big point here is that Virginia law changed with the times even if idiocy didn't.

PUBLIC ~ cops always had their lists ~ this stuff about minors used to be kept “confidential” which meant nobody outside the law enforcement organizations would know. Now the lists get published. Probably one reason for laws to establish who gets listed for what and how that is distributed.

I don’t have any idea what your point is. Sex offender registries are new. That has nothing to do with any “secret” lists you imagine the police used to keep.

You make a great point! Every part of society will soon be catagorized into little segments being dealt with by some nameless gov. flunky who has decided they don’t fit into his little square box of acceptable morality.

The dems are doing it now and blaming the spineless gop.

Every police force had a local list of known sex offenders. Remember, your 12 year old rapists soon grow up to be 21 year old rapists. Look up the name MONTY RISSELL someday. He was known to the law since childhood. When he became an adult the neighbor ladies he murdered had no idea of his extensive record.

There are a number of these characters around and that's part of the purpose for PUBLIC lists.

A police record on an underage rapist is one thing. A list of guys who had underage girlfriends is another thing. I doubt the cops ever kept a list of them.

I'm sure the Indianapolis police did ~ they had a large number of beer joints and quite underage B-girls. There was a constant battle against the practice ever since before PROHIBITION to the 1980s.

I doubt other large cities were different.

Minneapolis became well known for its teenybopper runaways. The cops wanted to know the perps and the victims~so you know they had their lists based on arrests, investigations and prosecutions.

They simply didn't make that information public.
