For what it’s worth, in the last 4 series the Pens have played, the game 1 winner has lost the series.

Macaronic
Let's see:
On top of Spumoni, down went the cheese, with macaroni, sangria and raw oysters you see.
I danced the macarena while the radio blared, up crawled the oysters but I wasn't scared,
until the sangria was a geyser in me and covered my partner from her toe to her knee.
Mr. Marconi is now my close friend cause there's nothing like fresh macaronic to make your dates end.

xshub came home saying last night that he’d heard an in-depth interview with Disco Dan and was very impressed with how thoughtful and articulate he was, almost lawyerly, in his responses. And here i thought he was just a big bundle of CUTE ; )

Some say, compard to Bononcini,
That Mynheer Handel s but a ninny;
Others aver that he to Handel
Is scarcely fit to hold a candle.
Strange all this difference should be
Twixt Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
- John Byrom on the musical wars between Handel and Bononcini. Handel won.

If the language is macaronic, is that a foreign tongue based upon pig-latin?

Thanks! But after reading the other contributions I feel humbled--and a bit pedantic.
This is fun. And it's a good word.

Ha attaccato una piuma in suo cappello,
And called it macaroni...

Spanish company to "count" American votes overseas in November (i.e. military votes)It has also been claimed that SKYTL CEO Pere Valles is a socialist who donated heavily to the 2008 Obama campaign and lived in Chicago during Obamas time as Illinois State Senator...
I also heard a radio report this morning that our beloved GEORGE SOROS is on the board of directors of this company.
In a time packed full of "last straws", isn't this just one more? Stealing elections is a liberal area of expertise. It appears that they're not even trying to disguise it anymore.
...and to the Banana Republic for which it stands...
Sorry, no macaronics here. :-|
