A few days shy of the US announcing its grand plan for space tourism in 2014, I was asked to present at Ohio State Universitys Transcending Race Conference. My charge was to explore the distant, very far off possibility of how race would evolve with space colonization.
What began as entirely speculative soon morphed into a cannon of likely concerns - quickly flipped from the fantasy to a very real reality.

How come I can only think of this verse from Obadiah, when it comes to stuff like this . . . ?
Though thou exalt thyself as the eagle, and though thou set thy nest among the stars, thence will I bring thee down, saith the LORD.
Obadiah 1:4
Some translations render exalt thyself as fly high.

Hypothetical race relations in hypothetical space exploration. I mean really.....

Very few have read past the headline including the comments at the site. They all think is is about the space race.

Wow.
I figure war is what will spur space colonization. War pretty much spurs all technology.

I meant to say “major leaps” in technology. Aviation, computers, for example.

“Planet Hope” and “Obama City”?
Backward thinking won’t lead to the future. There are some interesting issues brought up here but space has no room for race clingers.

It won’t evolve in space. By the time we colonize, we’ll be cyborgs.

Blacks do need to think about space but worrying about race is space is nothing but a stumbling block. If blacks really want to go to space I offer the most enthusiastic encouragement possible and I offer this advice.
Get good grades and win scholarships to college. Once in college, forego the race studies and excel in math, physics, and other hard sciences.

Do you honestly think Leftists are going to let humanity out of its grasp by letting them off the planet? Not on your life. They would rather imprison us here so they can keep us under their collective thumb.
