A juvenile girl choking on granola during 'snack time' at her place of work snapped when she was taunted by a fellow employee, according to an Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office arrest report.
The taunting coworker allegedly began chanting "choke, choke," when the girl ran into difficulties swallowing her snack.
Eyewitness reports state that this chanting "set off" the choking girl into a rage. She leapt up, hit the coworker in the shoulder and then dumped her milk on his head.
She was promptly arrested. According to the report, once she was arrested, "the defendant admitted she hit the victim and poured milk on his head."
It was not stated if the milk was one or two percent.
A: I’d let her off if I were on that jury.

Hmmm, a male was taunting a juvenile female, then she poured milk on him. I really don’t think the police needed to ge involved. He should feel like an idiot.
Plus, how can the charge a jug of milk with battery?

Even more of a pity that terminal bad manners is not a crime. Taunting someone who is choking seems a bit short in the manners realm.
