KEMAH, Texas (AP) - Police say a man arrested in a Southeast Texas city for riding his unicycle in the nude was distracting drivers and creating a hazard.
Kemah (KEE'-muh) police Chief Greg Rikard (RY'-kurd) says 45-year-old Joseph Glynn Farley was not intoxicated or impaired when he was arrested Wednesday on a bridge in the city 20 miles southeast of Houston.

Apparently this guy suffers from schizophrenia. His father was on local TV and hopes his son will now be able to get the help he needs. Wonder why he just didn’t take him to one of the many mental health centers in the area. Really strange rationalization. Obviously the person who wrote this article has never been to the south. If your last name is Richard down here you probably refer to yourself as a Coonass and your name had better be pronounced Re-shard. Not sure why they felt it necessary do to the phonetics on Kemah. Crazy Yankees!
