Zero tolerance is a wonderful replacement for common sense, and in that bastion of liberalism that is California, it is clear that you can have any kind of sense you want as long as it isnt common.

It is time to start prosecuting these turkeys for killing protected species and lying to us about the true costs (social and economic)of wind farms. Where are Judicial Watch etc. when you need them? We should make their costs necessarily skyrocket and cause them to go bankrupt.
